Website

A good website is a sales representative, assistant or PR agent that works for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. A website is the key to making your online business “visible”.

How will a website help you in your business?

A web page should win a customer (keyword searches on the Internet), deepen customer interest, help them find a product, and provide existing customers with service or additional purchase.

Creating a web site has clear objectives. To get there, you need to ask yourself the following questions:

1. Does your website generate customers (leads)?

2. Does the traffic and number of leads from your website match the market potential (demand)?

3. Does your website provide information that will convert a lead into a customer? (information value added)

Google search engine is the first evaluator of the quality of your website. The second evaluator is the customer. Google evaluates the content created and the technology platform on which the website operates. Accordingly, it assigns the web page a position (ranking) in which to display it in the search results.

The most common reason why a website does not achieve good results is its content. This includes text, images, videos, forms, etc. In addition, the code that makes the website work technically and the graphics that add emotion to it all make up the web page.

You can create a web page through:

1. via the website programmer,

2. use a CMS content management system – this is the cheapest option. You can use the free CMS system WordPress or Joomla or Drupal. For e-shops, PrestaShop is ideal. You can install these CMS on your website with one click and they work like a Lego jigsaw puzzle. It’s a form of ready-made website that you further customize. However, when choosing a theme, be careful of its technical specification.

3. rent a website online

4. hybrid solution – this is a combination of usually WordPress and programming. This is a cheaper way to program the entire website. This solution is ideal for projects that work with internal or external databases.

How Google judges site content:

Google uses artificial intelligence tools to judge the overall quality of your website. If you enter a keyword into the search engine, the so-called Google crawler will look at web pages all over the world through so-called page indexing.

This index is updated regularly, every 24 hours. The Google crawler finds out about your website, for example, how long the website has existed, when you last updated the content, whether you make updates regularly, how much text the page contains, what words or videos are used on your website, etc. Google crawler also finds out which other websites link to your website, what their content is and what their traffic is.

In order for Google to have the best opinion of your website, your website must meet the technical SEO requirements and be user friendly.

Creating a website – can you do it yourself?

Everyone should do what they understand. Spend time developing your online business, not programming your website. If you know a little bit of WordPress or Shopify or Wix, it still doesn’t mean you can create a website yourself. If you can’t handle creating a website, leave it to our professionals. Actively get involved in developing a website in multiple languages, have it explained to you and gradually learn how it works. Once you are able to do most of the editing on the website on your own, you may be able to handle the next version of your website on your own.
